Education: Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting Department, batch 1983 - Cairo University.
                       Bachelor of Law, batch 1990 - Cairo University.

•Ex – Comptroller of the Central Auditing Organization CAO.

• Fellow of the Egyptian Tax Association. EST

• Member of the International Taxation Association. IFA

• Member of the American Institute of Management Accountants. AIMA

• Fellow of the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants SOCPA.

• A key member of the Saudi Authority Certified Public Accountants.

• Registered at Central Accounting Organization  CAO.

• completed numerous training courses inside and outside the country in accounting, auditing, tax and computer systems areas.
